Zack is a young zoologist at his first day of work in an ecopark. He has to learn the ropes from the director, Martha, who doesn't suffer fools. He has to deal with his feelings for Emily, the park's newly appointed development consultant, who sees the park as a career opportunity. The two women boss him around, and he is caught in the middle.

The two women see the park as a way to show their professional skills and get on the map. The park is a place to find jobs and build their professional network. And it's a place where you can help some animals.
